Run a lean practice on one system, not five.

A small firm rarely has a spare hour to reconcile a scheduling app, a document tool, a signing add-on, and a separate biller. Esqase runs all of it in one workspace.

Book it, ask it, then work it on one board

A prospect cannot tell how small your firm is from a booking page. Publish one, put an intake form behind it, and every inquiry arrives on the same leads board, however it came in.

How clients book meetings

A public page shows your real availability.

Screen a new client and every other party against the records your firm already holds, the same check a firm of any size runs.

Conflict checking

Building forms

Collect what you need from a prospect before the first call.

Managing leads

Every inquiry on one board, whoever it came from.

Draft it, sign it, bill it, on your own

Without a paralegal down the hall, one system has to carry more. Draft the engagement letter from a template, send a PDF copy for signature, and bill from the time already on the matter.

Templates and placeholders

Draft it once, then fill in the blanks for each client.

Requesting eSignatures

Get it signed without paying for a separate tool.

Creating and sending invoices

Bill from the time already tracked on that matter.

Setup, getting paid, and one address book.

FAQs

Setup time, running it solo, trials, imports, and support.

How long does it take to get set up?

Creating your account and firm takes about ten to fifteen minutes. The Setup guide carries on from there with your billing accounts, your availability, and a first intake form, and it ticks each step off as you finish the underlying task.

Can one person run intake, billing, and documents alone?

That is the point of running them on one system. A booking page and intake form handle first contact, time tracked on the matter becomes the invoice, and documents draft, sign, and file from the same record, so nothing needs a second tool or a second login.

Will my invoices and booking page look professional?

Yes. Invoice templates are yours to design, with your logo and layout, and the client booking page shows your real availability under your firm's name rather than a scheduling tool's branding.

What does a trial look like for a solo firm?

Every firm gets one 14-day free trial. Outside the Philippines you choose a plan and enter a card at signup, you are not charged for the fourteen days, and the plan begins when they are up. In the Philippines the trial starts without a card, and you add one when it ends.

Can I bring in an existing client list?

Yes. Download the contact and matter templates, paste in your old export, and Esqase checks every row before it writes anything, showing what is ready and what will skip. Import only ever creates new records, so run each list once.

Is there support if I get stuck?

The documentation walks through each feature step by step, and the Setup guide carries a Talk with a specialist link for the questions it does not answer.

Run the whole practice from one login.
