One calendar the whole firm can trust.
The calendar is your firm's shared schedule. Every event someone creates, every meeting a client books, and every task with a due date lands on it, and it syncs with the calendar you already live in.
Everything scheduled, and everyone invited
Events your team creates, meetings clients book, and task due dates share one grid. Invite members or clients, read their answers, and set the repeat and the reminder.
Client bookings arrive here on their own. A booking from a public event type opens the lead and puts the meeting on the calendar, tentative until the host accepts it unless you auto-confirm.
Event typesInvite guests and get replies
Invite members or clients and see who has responded.
Repeats and reminders
Set a repeat once, and a reminder that arrives before it starts.
Connected to your calendar, and open on your hours
Esqase syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook, so an event created here lands on your phone and an edit there comes back. Set the weekly hours your firm is open, and add a Meet, Teams, or Zoom link.
Set up the calendar, then connect yours.

What appears, who can book, syncing, and video meeting links.
What shows up on the calendar?
Every event your firm creates, every meeting a client books through a public booking page, and every task that has a due date. Keeping all three on one surface is the point: a schedule that only holds meetings will always be missing the filing deadline that actually decides your week.
Can clients book time without an account?
Yes. Each event type you publish gets its own booking page, and a prospect opens it from a link with no sign-in. Booking creates the contact, opens a lead, and puts the meeting on the calendar, tentative until the host accepts it unless you turn on auto-confirm for that event type. Scheduling and intake are one action.
Can I invite people to an event?
Yes, both colleagues and clients, and you can see who has responded. For meetings a client requests a change to, scheduling requests come back for the firm to accept, reject, or propose another time, so a reschedule is settled in the record rather than over voicemail.
Does Esqase sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, and with Outlook Calendar too. Changes flow both ways, so an event you create in Esqase lands on your own calendar and an edit made there comes back. Each connection is personal, so every member links their own account from the Integrations page.
Can I add a video link to a meeting?
Yes. Connect Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and the event form shows a Generate link button for each provider you have connected. The link is created as part of the event, so it is on the invitation from the start.
Can I set up a meeting that repeats?
Yes, recurring events are set up when you create the event, so a weekly case conference or a monthly review is entered once. If you are the event's host or the person who created it, you can also drag it to a new time on the grid rather than reopening it.
How do I get reminded about what is coming?
Event reminders are sent on a schedule, so they reach you whether or not anyone is signed in. You choose per notification whether it arrives in the app, as a browser push, or by email. Email is off by default, so turn it on if you want one.
