One workspace, wherever your team signs in from.

A distributed firm needs one place where a matter reads the same whether you last touched it from an office or a kitchen table. Esqase keeps the context on the matter itself.

Say it where the next person will find it

Messages is real-time chat with colleagues and clients, and a pasted link becomes a record card for your team. Notes and communication logs stay on the matter, so everyone reads one history.

Messages

Real-time chat with colleagues and with clients.

Decide what a contractor, a satellite office, or a new hire can see the moment you add them, not after something goes wrong.

Roles and permissions

Notes

Capture what happened on a call, for anyone to read later.

Communication logs

One record of who has spoken with the client, and when.

The tools your team already has, connected

Each member connects their own Gmail or Outlook, sends from their own address, and keeps events in step with their own calendar. A client books into it from a page you publish.

Connecting Google

Send from Gmail, sync Calendar, add Meet links.

Connecting Outlook and Zoom

The same connection for a Microsoft-based team.

Event types

Publish your real availability, and let clients book it.

Connect the team's tools, and control the sign-in.

The same flow as the Google connection.

Video links generated

A meeting link made as you book the call.

Access

Two-factor authentication

Add a second step at sign-in, from an authenticator app or an emailed code.

Required firm-wide

An owner can require it of every member.

Single-use codes if you lose your phone.

FAQs

Collaboration, integrations, booking, and access control.

Does everyone need to be logged in at once to collaborate?

No. Notes and communication logs stay on the matter, so a teammate reads the full history whenever they next sign in, even if nobody was online at the same time. Messages is live while you are both there and waits in the thread when you are not, with the unread badge holding what you missed.

Can we keep using our existing email and calendar?

Yes. Connect Google Workspace or Outlook and Zoom, and events, bookings, and email run through the tools your team already uses, instead of asking everyone to switch.

Can a client book time without a scheduling email chain?

Yes. Publish an event type with your real availability, and a client picks a slot themselves, shown in their own time zone, whether your team sits in one time zone or several.

Can we limit what a remote contractor or a satellite office sees?

Yes. Every member has a role, and a role sets view, create, update, and delete access per area, so you decide what a contractor or a smaller office can reach without giving them the run of the firm.

Is there a mobile-friendly way for the team to check in?

Esqase runs in a browser on any device, so a teammate working from a phone or a laptop away from the office sees the same matters, tasks, and messages as anyone at a desk. Messages lays itself out for a small screen, opening a chat full width rather than a row of panels.

How do clients reach the firm if there is no front desk?

Through booking, intake forms, document shares, and payments, each opening from a link rather than an account they have to create, so a client is never waiting on someone to be physically present.
