Intake, matters, and billing, in one workspace.

Esqase runs the whole engagement: the inquiry that arrives at midnight, the case file it becomes, and the invoice that closes it. These pages cover every part of the product, and what each part does for a firm.

Every inquiry lands on the same pipeline.

A consult booked at midnight, a referral phoned in over lunch, a form filled in while you are in court. Each one opens a lead on the same board, tagged with its source and assigned before the morning is out.

Contacts, tasks, the calendar, documents, signatures, and the record of every call and email, all held against the matter. This is the middle of the engagement, where most of the work happens.

FAQs

How the three areas fit together, what your clients see, and who can see what.

Is Esqase one product or three?

One. Intake, Manage, and Billing are how these pages are organized, and inside the workspace the records connect: a booking opens a lead, a hired lead opens a matter, and the time you log on that matter goes onto its invoice.

What do our clients see?

Six client-facing surfaces, each built from inside the dashboard: a booking page where they pick a time, an intake form, a payment link for an invoice, a signing link for a document, a secure share link to a file, and the client portal, where they read and answer the messages your firm sends. You build the record, and Esqase generates the link you share.

Does everyone at the firm see everything?

No. Roles decide, down to whole areas of the product. If a member's role does not include view access to billing, billing is not in their sidebar at all. Owners and administrators set the roles and can change them later.

Can one sign-in belong to more than one firm?

Yes. Esqase is multi-firm aware, so a lawyer who practices with two firms signs in once and switches between them inside the app. Each firm keeps its own matters, members, and billing.

Where should we start?

Start with the area you are trying to fix: intake if inquiries go cold, the workspace if the case file is scattered across drives and inboxes, billing if the money arrives late. Each of the three pages below walks its own area, and the docs cover the mechanics step by step.
